Times: Sunday Feb 28th (9:30AM - 11:30AM EST) + Wednesdays (7:30 - 9PM EST) + Saturdays (9:30 - 11:00AM EST).
Course delivery: Live zoom classes including: 30 min lecture, discussion, meditation & 60 min yoga practice
